Agreeasy is a platform designed to help users record and document informal agreements between parties. The platform provides tools that allow users to create written records of agreements such as shared expenses, services, personal arrangements, or other informal commitments.

Agreeasy is based in Queensland, Australia.

Agreeasy does not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal representation.

The agreements created using the platform are generated by users and may not constitute legally binding contracts in all circumstances. Users are responsible for seeking independent legal advice if they require formal legal documentation.

Agreeasy does not guarantee the enforceability of any agreement created through the platform.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating agreements
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Ensure that any agreements created are entered voluntarily by all parties
• Not misuse the platform for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or misleading conduct

Users are solely responsible for the content they include in agreements created through Agreeasy.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any agreement created using Agreeasy complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Agreeasy does not review agreement content for legal compliance and accepts no responsibility for agreements that are unlawful, unenforceable, or otherwise inappropriate for a user's circumstances. If you are unsure whether an agreement meets your legal requirements, you should seek independent legal advice before proceeding.

Agreeasy allows users to create and store agreements between individuals or parties.

Agreeasy does not verify, monitor, or validate the accuracy of agreements created by users. The platform acts only as a tool to record information provided by users.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the terms of their agreements are accurate and appropriate for their situation.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.

Agreeasy is not responsible for any activity that occurs under a user's account if access credentials are shared or compromised.

Users should notify us immediately if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

Users must not use Agreeasy to:

• Create agreements related to illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or deceive others
• Upload malicious software or attempt to interfere with the platform
• Misrepresent identity or impersonate another person

Agreeasy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content, branding, design, and technology associated with the Agreeasy platform are owned by Agreeasy or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the platform without permission.

Users retain ownership of the content they create within agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agreeasy Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from agreements created between users.

This includes, but is not limited to, liability arising from:

• Agreements created, signed, or relied upon by users
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information entered into the platform
• Disputes between parties who use the platform to record agreements
• Failure of any party to honour the terms of an agreement
• Technical interruptions, service outages, or data loss
• Any reliance placed on identity verification results

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law where to do so would cause part or all of these Terms to be void.

Agreeasy offers both one-time purchase plans (Single, Single Plus) and monthly subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Business).

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the subscription fee on the same day each month
• Agreement limits reset at the start of each new billing period
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of the paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• After cancellation, you may purchase one-time Single plans or resubscribe at any time

One-Time Plans:

• Single and Single Plus plans are one-time purchases
• These plans do not auto-renew and provide access to create one agreement
• No refunds are provided after an agreement has been created

To manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel, visit your billing page and click "Manage subscription" to access the Stripe Customer Portal.

Agreeasy may suspend or terminate user access if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the platform is suspected.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

Agreeasy may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published within the application or associated website.

Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes arising in relation to the use of the Agreeasy platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
