Agreeasy allows users to create and store agreements between individuals or parties.
Agreeasy does not verify, monitor, or validate the accuracy of agreements created by users. The platform acts only as a tool to record information provided by users.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the terms of their agreements are accurate and appropriate for their situation.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.
Agreeasy is not responsible for any activity that occurs under a user's account if access credentials are shared or compromised.
Users should notify us immediately if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

All content, branding, design, and technology associated with the Agreeasy platform are owned by Agreeasy or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law where to do so would cause part or all of these Terms to be void.
Agreeasy offers both one-time purchase plans (Single, Single Plus) and monthly subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Business).

To manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel, visit your billing page and click "Manage subscription" to access the Stripe Customer Portal.
Agreeasy may suspend or terminate user access if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the platform is suspected.
Users may stop using the service at any time.
Agreeasy may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published within the application or associated website.
Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any disputes arising in relation to the use of the Agreeasy platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
